Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled System & Network Administrator to manage our office and cloud infrastructure, maintain IT systems, ensure cybersecurity, and oversee mailboxes and related services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both on-premise and cloud-based IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and endpoints.
Administer cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Ensure cybersecurity, including firewall management, antivirus, and regular security audits.
Manage email systems and mailboxes (e.g., Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Monitor system performance, perform backups, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues.
Maintain documentation for IT processes and network configurations.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a System/Network Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux).
Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with email system administration (Exchange, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Optional / Valued Skills:
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Experience with endpoint management and MDM solutions.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, etc.).
Understanding of compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
