We are looking for a second one in charge of 40 hours per week for one of our stores. We are looking for a positive person and committed to their work, who wants to contribute and learn with us.

Its functions will be:

- Development and monitoring of sales planning and the commercial strategy of the center.
- Motivation of the team for the achievement of goals.
- Help in the coordination and training of the sales team.
- Stock control and ensure that there is a correct exposure of the product to the sale surface.
- Guarantee the quality of service and customer service.
- Management of KPI.


Minimum requirements:

- Experience in team management.
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion
- Person with flexibility and time adaptation
- Commercial aptitudes
- Knowledge of window and visual merchandising
