In direct dependency of the person in charge, you will have to carry out the following tasks:
- Full management of the selection processes assigned.
- Publication of new employment opportunities.
- CERCA (database of ETALENTUM candidates, publication in work portals and active search), curricular selection, interviews and selection of potential candidates.
- Elaboration and presentation of reports of candidates.
- Advice to the client company.
- Orientation of candidates throughout the process.
- Regular monitoring of the candidates contracted by the client company.
- Visits to customer companies.

Is required:
- Empathetic person, with a gift of people and good personal treatment.
- Vocation of service and customer guidance and candidate and objectives.
- Office knowledge.

Required experience:
- More than two years of experience are required to do similar tasks to those described, preferably in the field of staff, ETT, Headhunting, Recruiting and/or the like.

Required training:
- Baccalaureate.

Languages:
- Spanish: native.
- Catalan: native.

Valuable requirements:
- Knowledge of other languages such as French or English will be positively evaluated.
- Any complementary training in RRHH will be positively evaluated.
