Assistant Management Management Assistant and Operacion Coordinator

We seek to a person organized, resolute and with a vision of Largo Plazo, who knows how to form a part of a consolidated agency with more than years of experience in the marketing and publicity sector.

You will be a keeper to support the management, coordinate the team and maintain the operative and administrative control of the projects.

TUS RESPONSIBLE:

Coordinate the team's tarties and assume the fulfillment of plazes and objectivos.

Manage the management agenda: meetings, reminders and follow -up of commitments.

Control billing and basic support: emission and reception of bills, payments and chariots.

Organize the internal documentation and optimize the administrative processes.

To follow to projects with clients and suppliers.

APOYAR IN TERAAS PUNTAGE OF MANAGEMENT (EXCEL, Progress Control, Delivery Organization).

Elaborate reports of progress and detect incidents for resolution with agilidad.

Requirements:

Experience in coordination, administration or management of projects.

Excellent organized organizations, clear communication and orientation to results.

Capacity to priori tareas and work autonomously.

Well Dominio de Herramientas such as Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, Asana u Otras.

Basic billing and administrative courage (Holded or similar).

Experience in Agencies or Creative Environment.

Interest in the world of digital marketing. Or that I have included Publicidad Campañas.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate the tasks of the team and ensure compliance with the deadlines and objectives.

Manage the management agenda: meetings, reminders and monitoring of commitments.

Control billing and basic accounting: emission and receipt of invoices, payments and collections.

Organize internal documentation and optimize administrative processes.

Track projects with clients and suppliers.

Support in specific management tasks (excel, budget control, delivery organization).

Prepare progress reports and detect incidents to solve them with agility.

Requirements

Experience in coordination, administration or project management.

Excellent organizational skills, clear communication and results guidance.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.

Good domain of tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, Asana or the like.

Basic knowledge of billing and administrative accounting (HOLDED or similar).

Interest in the world of digital marketing.

Conditions

Modality: semi-face-to-face (2 days a week in the office, the rest telework).
