Gastronomic Restaurant Selects: Cook/A to Escaldes Engordany 26.000 €

We are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen the team of a leading gastronomic restaurant in the country and support their growth project.
Main functions:
• Preparation and execution of the assigned heading (Mise in place and service).
• Ensure the standard of quality and presentation of the dishes.
• Fulfillment of food hygiene and safety rules (APPCC).
• Support in the development of new dishes and process improvements.
Coordination with the rest of the kitchen and room team.
• Care of the material, order and cleaning of the workspace.
Professional profile:
• Minimum experience of 2 years in gastronomic or similar kitchens.
• Capacity for teamwork, organization and attention to detail.
• Responsibility, proactivity and commitment to excellence.
• Specific training in cooking, knowledge of modern techniques, pastries and others will be evaluated.
