Main functions:
Customer service and advice (professionals and individuals)

Sales Management in Store and commercial visits (if applicable)

Promotion and sale of hardware products, tools, industrial supplies and accessories

Elaboration of budgets and monitoring of orders

Basic stock control and organization of the point of sale

Coordination with warehouse team and purchases

Professional profile:
Dynamic, initiative, resolutive and results

Excellent communication and commercial skills

Knowledge of the sector of the hardware, DIY or industrial supply

Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailor -made solutions

Good treatment with the audience and proactive attitude

Minimum requirements:
Previous experience as a commercial (preferably in hardware or similar sector)

Knowledge of hardware, tools and materials products

Good command of Catalan and Spanish

Basic knowledge of computer science (POS, email, ERP ...)

Driving license (if there is visits to customers)
