Candidate profile
• Minimum experience of 5 years in warehouse, storeroom or purchasing positions, preferably in the hotel sector.
• Knowledge of stock control, inventories and supplier management.
• Mastery of computer tools and management programs (experience with Material Control or similar will be valued).
• Organizational capacity, attention to detail and results orientation.
• Responsible, methodical person with numerical skills.
• Driver's license and availability for short trips if necessary.

Main Responsibilities
• Reception, control and storage of goods, ensuring correct rotation and conservation.
• Verification of orders, delivery notes and invoices, guaranteeing the accuracy of quantities and prices.
• Inventory management and stock control of food, beverages, cleaning materials and other supplies.
• Coordination with the kitchen, restaurant, maintenance and floors departments to anticipate needs.
• Negotiation and contact with local and international suppliers.
• Supervise inputs and outputs of material, keeping up-to-date records.
• Comply with the rules of safety, hygiene and procedures established by Marriott International.
• Provide support in administrative tasks related to purchases and budget control.
