Details and Main Characteristics
Portability: It is light (approx. 14 kg) and has folding side tables that minimize its size for easy transport and storage.
Robust Construction: The lid and body are made of cast aluminum, which prevents oxidation and gives it great durability. The structure is reinforced with fiberglass nylon.
Cooking surface: Equipped with porcelain enameled cast iron cooking grills (43 x 32 cm), which retain and distribute heat evenly, ideal for sealing meats.

It has a single stainless steel burner.
Heat input: Approximately 8,500 BTU/h (British Thermal Units per hour) or 2.49 kW, sufficient to reach temperatures of up to 500-550°F (260-288°C) for good sealing.
