Lilucat develops and scales a portfolio of iOS applications used by millions of users worldwide. We are looking for a senior growth professional to take full charge of the acquisition of paying users, working directly with the founder and the product team.

The position involves planning, launching and scaling acquisition campaigns in Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and Google App Campaigns. You will be responsible for optimizing CPI, CPA, ROAS and LTV, performing continuous testing of creatives and funnels, analyzing attribution and cohorts, and turning data into aggressive growth decisions. You will work closely with product, design and ASO to drive revenue growth.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, ideally with subscription models. You must have a strong knowledge of tracking in iOS, SKAdNetwork and attribution, and be an analytical, fast and comfortable person assuming responsibility for results.
