GROUP SALES MANAGER to Escaldes Engordany Check price

We are looking for a Group Commercial Manager to join our commercial team. The selected person will be responsible for the capture and management of group reservations (tourism, sports, school, etc.), as well as the preparation and monitoring of commercial offers and the negotiation of rates and conditions.

FUNCTIONS:
• Coordination with the different departments of the hotel to guarantee the correct organization and execution of contracted services.
• Customer follow-up before, during and after the stay
• Maintenance and development of the portfolio of clients and collaborators.

COMPETENCES:
• Degree in tourism and hotel management, ADE, Economics or similar.
• Previous experience in the hotel sector or group management.
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English (high oral and written level).
• Knowledge of French and German is highly valued.
• Mastery of computer tools and hotel management systems will be valued.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
