REVENUE MANAGEMENT
Hotel sales management I
We are looking for a person with a technical profile to develop the functions of the Revenue Management position in the NEXTA commercial team.
He will be responsible for managing the revenue strategy of a portfolio of hotels located in various destinations, with the aim of maximizing profitability, occupancy and margin.
FUNCTIONS:
> Define, implement and monitor pricing and availability strategies for various establishments.
> Analyze daily performance (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pick-up) and apply corrective actions when necessary.
> Prepare demand forecasts by market, segment and hotel.
> Manage and optimize distribution channels: OTA, direct, GDS, etc.
> Coordinate with hotel managers to adapt strategies to each operational reality.
> Propose joint commercial actions with the marketing and sales team.
> Carry out benchmarking studies to position hotels competitively.
> Participate in the development of the annual income budget and monthly reviews.
COMPETENCES:
> Degree in tourism and hotel management, ADE, Economics or similar.
> Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-hotel or hotel chain environment.
> Mastery of revenue management tools (RMS), PMS systems (Opera, Mews, etc.) and Channel Manager.
> Advanced knowledge of Excel and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
> Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English (high oral and written level).
> Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
> High orientation towards results and optimization of resources.
> Global vision and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
> Excellent communication and influencing skills.
> Teamwork, proactivity and autonomy
> Up-to-date knowledge of the hotel sector and its digital trends.
